  What is Video Gait Analysis for Shoe fitting?

  By running or walking on a treadmill, the fully trained staff at Podplus can use computer software to video your motion, which allows us to highlight the positions of your feet, muscles & joints, and enables our staff to offer shoes that are suitable for your foot type and your activity. The assessment takes around 5-15 minutes and then you can try on a selection of shoes and give them a run out on the treadmill or outside if it is dry and more natural for you.
