You must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us, to place an order. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you accept that all details you provide to us are correct, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Stock

If you order an item which has recently sold out we will contact you via telephone or email and offer an alternative or a full refund. Please note that all displayed products are subject to availability. Having an item in your basket does not guarantee availability; you will receive an email to confirm your products are available and are ready for dispatch.

Accuracy

Podplus aims to provide accurate manufacturer descriptions and images for products, we also may offer a Podplus opinion which we have taken care to provide. Podplus is not liable for any inaccuracies and it is recommended that you make an informed independent decision to purchase.

Podplus is not liable for inaccuracies of product images and cannot guarantee colour, texture or details of products.

Prices

Prices, sale items and special offers available on the website may only be available online. We may not be able to provide the same sale offers from our store and this also applies to offers in-store that may not be available online. If for any reason an item or service has been advertised with an incorrect price, Podplus has the right to withdraw the item at any point in the sale, and will notify the customer to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Gift Vouchers

At this point in time gift vouchers can be purchased but not redeemed online. Please contact the Podplus store for more information.

Complaints

Podplus endeavors to resolve any disputes when they arise. Please submit any complaints or comments in writing & we will respond via our complaints procedure as soon as possible.

SECURITY

Podplus Ltd uses Worldpay payment system to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. All sensitive payment card information is encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software available and is sent to the bank for instant authorisation via the Worldpay network of payment gateways. Worldpay also remain PCI DSS Level 1 accredited having satisfactorily met the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and other major payment card association security requirements related to the protection of cardholder data. Transactions normally take a few seconds to be processed and at no time are your payment card details at risk from cyber criminals.

Worldpay operate anti-fraud precautions and run additional fraud checks. If Podplus has any doubt over the security of a transaction, the transaction will be placed on hold and the goods will not be dispatched until an investigation has been made. Podplus will make every effort to find and prosecute fraudsters who abuse our online shopping system.

Order Queries

If you have a query regarding your order, please contact Podplus via contact details on our website or on your receipt and order confirmation.

If you are having difficulty contacting Podplus please contact your bank to dispute the charge that has been made. Please ensure you have copies of all correspondence relating to your order and subsequent queries that you have sent the merchant. Please be assured that Podplus will endeavor to resolve any issues before they need taking any further.

Delivery information

UK Standard Delivery:

We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders within 2 working days; however dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. Please allow 10 days for delivery of your order. UK standard delivery is sent via royal mail second class signed for service.


UK Next Day Express Delivery:

your order must be placed by midday, on a weekday, for next day delivery. All next day special delivery parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and are guaranteed to reach their destination by 1pm the following day. However, orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day, which can add one more day to delivery times.

Please note, if an order is placed on a Friday we cannot guarantee delivery on a Saturday and orders will be delivered on the next working day. The next day delivery is a UK based service only.

If you have not received your delivery, please ensure it is not with a neighbor or in a safe place before calling us.

Collection In Store:

No delivery charge is applied. Your order must be placed by midday on a weekday to be available for next day collection. You will receive an email or telephone call to let you know your order is ready for collection. Please remember to check our store opening times. You will need to bring the order confirmation, to collect your item.

 

International Orders:

PLEASE CONTACT US FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL REQUEST

They are sent using the Royal Mail and can take up to 7-14 working days to be delivered. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is advisable to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you do not incur charges you were not expecting.

Next Day Delivery UK address = £8.50

Collection in store = free packaging

International orders – Europe = please call or email for exact cost

Out of Stock Items or Delayed Items

If a product is out of stock, or we can only deliver part of your order, we will contact you straight away, either by email or by phone. On contact with you, we will explain the situation and offer any available alternatives, one of which will include cancelling your order.

If you decide to leave any product on back order, you can contact us at any time for an update on the order. Postage will only be charged once for all parts of the order we dispatch – We will charge no further postage on any items we dispatch thereafter.

Missing Parcels

Please contact us via phone or email if your parcel has not arrived within the expected time.

In the unlikely event of your parcel going missing, as the sender, we will be responsible for making the enquires and eventual claim for the lost items. This means that once the courier classes a parcel as lost (15 working days Royal Mail UK deliveries, 28 working days Royal Mail International Deliveries), we can process a replacement or refund immediately.

Depending on your local mail carriers we are only able to track your parcel until the point it leaves the UK. If a parcel is sent on a Next Day Delivery service we should get a much quicker and detailed response from the courier.

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect or faulty items straightaway. Please email your query.
