Online orders:

We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on any full price online purchase if the items are returned to Podplus within 7 days accompanied by a legible receipt and the product must be in an UNWORN condition and with its original packaging intact. Sale items are non refundable. If you are returning an item by post, it is very important that you include the right part of your invoice and print a returns form. If you are unable to do this, please print out your order confirmation email and indicate which items you are returning and include this in the parcel.

In order to exchange an item you will need to return the original item and then place a replacement order. If a credit note or refund are requested it will be provided once the item has been received at Podplus, of which you will be notified via telephone or email.

We are unable to refund postage for any returns or unwanted goods. Faulty items may be returned within a reasonable time frame for expected usage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Purchases in store:

We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on any full price item within one month of purchase, accompanied by a legible receipt and the product is in an UNWORN condition and with its original packaging intact. Refunds are not offered in store. We endeavour to advise on the most suitable products, however the final purchase choice is yours.

Cancelling you order:
The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise you have seven working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund. The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order. You will need written confirmation of cancellation, so please contact us by post or email, quoting your order number. If you have already received your order, you will need to return all of the items in the delivery and pay the cost of returning the order. The items must be in their original condition and will be checked once we have received them. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.
