Do I need to create an account to shop online?
You don’t need to save any of your details to purchase, if you would like to sign up to our newsletter please complete the box on the left. We will keep your purchase history on our shop database if you wish to check past transactions via phone or email.
When will I be charged?
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment. Please remember that even if a payment isn’t authorised, it may still look like the money has been taken as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time. You will still be charged if an item is out of stock but we will contact you asap to let you know.
Can I get more information about your products?

How do I know which kind of shoe I need?
If you have not previously had a gait analysis & are unsure if you are neutral, over-pronate or supinate we would recommend coming to the shop to have your gait assessed using the treadmill & video camera. At home testing will not always provide an accurate recommendation, and in store we can assess your gait with your history and aims in mind.
